When the GPU, template, or model you need is not available, you can ask for it from the console instead of opening a separate support ticket. Every request lands in My requests, where you can follow its status and read our team’s reply.

What You Can Request

Waitlist and limit-increase requests carry the details we need to act on them — how many replicas you need, the volume size, and how long you expect to need it.
Requests are recorded per organization, so the same request is not submitted twice. If a teammate already asked for the same thing, you’ll see that instead of a duplicate.

Track Your Requests

Open My requests in the console. It has two tabs — Requests and My feedback — and you can filter by status, kind, and requester, or narrow it to your own requests only. You can cancel a request while it is still open. Cancelling closes it for good, but you can always send the same request again later.

Getting Notified

  • Request received — confirms your request reached us.
  • Request outcome — tells you how it was handled, with our team’s reply attached.
  • Waitlisted GPU capacity available — sent to you, not the organization owner, in the console and by email.
  • Replica limit increase approved — sent when the new limit takes effect.
See Notifications to choose which channels you receive these on.
