An Organization Owner can permanently delete the Organization from Organization → Settings. Deleting terminates every container, cleans up the Organization’s resources, and removes all members’ access.
Deletion cannot be undone.

Before You Can Delete

The console checks a set of conditions first. While any of these apply, deletion is blocked and the screen tells you what to do. If you cannot clear these yourself, or you need a refund or settlement, send an inquiry from the same dialog. It is recorded on the Requests page, where you can track the reply.

What You Are Asked to Confirm

Before deleting, you confirm each of the following that applies to your Organization:
  • Your remaining credit balance is not refunded automatically.
  • If any card payments you made can still be cancelled, the dialog tells you how many. Cancel them from Payment History before deleting. Payments made by other members are not counted and must be cancelled by those members before deletion — nothing can be cancelled from the console afterwards.
  • The members in the Organization immediately lose access.
  • Data on the Organization’s persistent volumes is irrecoverably deleted.
  • Pending invitations are invalidated.
  • Running containers are terminated automatically.
  • Payments that have not settled yet will not grant credits if they complete after deletion.
Leftover credits are not refunded as part of deletion. Card payments whose credits are unused can be cancelled yourself from Payment History before you delete; for anything else, send an inquiry before you delete.

Account Withdrawal

Withdrawing your account is a separate action, available in Account Settings. If you are the last Owner of the Organization, withdrawing also deletes the Organization and goes through the same checks and confirmations. To keep the Organization, transfer ownership to another member first.

Long-term Rentals

Check and cancel rentals before deleting.
