Notifications

AirCloud delivers notifications in real time, so you do not have to refresh the page to notice that a deployment finished or that your balance is running low. Open Notifications in the console. It has two tabs:

History — everything you have received, newest first, with unread items highlighted.
Settings — a matrix of events by channel, where you choose what reaches you and how.

Channels

Channel	Description
Console	The in-app notification list, opened from the bell in the console header. Notifications are kept for 30 days and then disappear automatically.
Desktop	Native OS notifications delivered by your browser. Requires browser permission and is stored per browser, per device. See Desktop Notifications.
Email	Sent to the Organization Owner by default. Waitlist and request emails go to the requester, and invitations go to the invitee.

Turning the Console channel off for an event also stops its Desktop notification — the desktop popup is driven by the same in-app notification.

Turning a channel off applies to notifications that arrive afterward. Notifications you already received stay in the list.

Transactional email — invitations, receipts, and invoices — is always sent, regardless of these settings.

Organization-wide Mute

An Organization Owner or Admin can turn off notifications for the whole organization. While it is off, no member receives in-app notifications, announcements, or notification email from that organization, and individual settings have no effect. Transactional email still goes out. Detailed per-event settings can only be changed by an Organization Owner or Admin.
